  • Returns & Exchange Policy
It is important for us to be satisfied with our products and services to you.

If you wish to replace any item you received for any reason, we happily offer exchanges in accordance with our policy below.


Our replacement and refund policy is fully valid for 14 days from the day it appears

If it's been 14 days since we received your order, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or a refund.

To change the mental purchases or incorrect sizes you choose yourself, the exchange will only be accepted within 14 days.

You will be responsible for the return mail to us, and the returned item will be returned to you.

To be eligible for exchange, you should not use your item while continuing to attach tags where possible, and in the same condition you received. Items must be in the original packaging, unopened, unworn or washed.

Several types of goods are exempt from return. Once you make a payment, you understand these terms.

Non-returnable items are:

Some health and personal care items
Any item is not in its original condition or damaged or missing parts for reasons not because of our fault.
We do not refund money on other non-defective items, error is not for you. The same 14-day policy applies to a defective item.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
To complete the exchange, you may need to return the item for inspection before the exchange agreement.

  • Recovered
If your item has an error and is not an error on your part, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item at hamozifirst@gmail.com to let us know your thoughts

All of our items are carefully checked before we leave, but if this unfortunate event happens, we will happily exchange or, at our discretion, we may provide a refund if the replacement is not available.

Once you have received and verified your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection, we will then notify you of your consent or refusal to exchange you. We may only give you a refund if we cannot replace a defective item.

If a defective item is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days with the original payment method you used for your order, or eventually an exchange credit will be issued. Credits are valid for three (3) months of issuance.

Overdue or lost amounts (if any)

If you haven't yet received your refund, first verify your bank account or the source of your original form of payment.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your response is officially published.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before you deploy the recovery.

Sale of items (if any)

No sale item can be returned for credit or store exchange, unless the item is wrong without any fault on your part. The 14-day return policy applies to sales items.

This includes items where the discount code was used.

  • Gifts
If an item is marked as a gift when you buy and ship it directly to you, you'll get a credit for your return. Once you receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item is not marked as a gift when you purchase it, or if the gift provider shipped it to itself for later delivery, we will send you a refund and we will know your return.

To be eligible for an exchange, within 14 days of receiving your order or changing your purchases, provided that the sale items are still in a new, unopened, unworn and unwashed condition and where applicable, the marks remain attached. All items must be in the same condition that you received them.

Exchanges must be approved by us before you send the items back to us. This will be via a confirmation email we received which will include the returned reference number. Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the Exchange.

  • Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your mutual product to reach you may vary.

If you ship an item in excess of $ 40, you should consider using a shipping service to track or purchase a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
